These laws are designed to protect users from data leaks or the misuse of personal data. We are now required to inform visitors of all computer processes that are performed and the data that is collected.

SÉBASTIENNE JEWELRY and some of our service providers have customer data. This data is necessary for us to offer you the best possible experience on our website, and guarantee the smooth running of your order.

Our website and our database is hosted by Shopify, in a datacenter in USA. We store customer account and billing information. We retain this data by default (6 years maximum) to find your order history, but they will be deleted if you request it.

We use cookies; text files placed on your computer that help our site provide a better user experience. Passwords are “encrypted” and it is impossible for us or a third party to decrypt them. Your passwords are safe. In case of a forgotten or lost password we can simply regenerate a new one that you can modify later.

Credit card payments are provided by our partner STRIPE and PAYPAL. Payments comply with PCI-DSS security rules. At no time, SÉBASTIENNE JEWELRY is in possession or stores your bank details on our servers.

Account creation

When creating an account on our website, we register in our systems the necessary information for your identification, namely your name and surname, your login, and your email. The creation of an account will allow you to manage your data, your future orders and your wishlist.

To place an order requires an account creation and new information, namely your mailing address and your telephone number in order to prepare and deliver your packages. The order data is transmitted to our carrier who ensures its delivery.

The latter has the right to use this data only for the good delivery of your order, and will have to delete this data later.

For companies that wish to contact us via our contact form dedicated to wholesale, we will ask you several pieces of information such as your name and surname, the name of your company, an email, your phone number, and your address. This information is necessary for us to verify your identity, and to contact you.
