Threaded System Insert the pin into the labret, and screw the end on until you can no longer turn it while tightening. Not all post brands use the same thread standards, if in doubt contact us first.

Threadless System Insert the pin about 1⁄2 or 3⁄4 into the labret, slightly bend the pin, and push the end inside the labret to close.
