EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Thank you for making a purchase at Sébastienne Body Jewelry. We are aware that buying a piercing online might be complicated so we will accept returns on unworn and unaltered jewelry for up to 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to contact@sebastiennejewelry.com , to initiate a return request. Once the request is approved, we will send you a return label, item(s) must be sent back within 7 days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible.

Exchanges are for defective jewelry only. If you wish to make an exchange because the size doesn't suit you, please return your current item and place a new order. If you need help selecting a different size, diameter, color, or post length, contact us at contact@sebastiennejewelry.com.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Shipping charges are non-refundable. An excessive number of returns will also not be approved.

We cannot accept returns on merchandise purchased anywhere other than Sébastienne Jewelry website. Approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment 5 to 10 business days after receiving the return package.

PERSONALIZATION & CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS, READY-TO-SHIP JEWELRY

Given the unique nature of personalized creations, the customer cannot claim any refund or exchange in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.

Returns are also not possible for "ready-to-ship" pieces due to their unique nature.
