We repair Sébastienne jewelry within one year of purchase at no charge. Repairs after one year or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge. Please send us an email at contact@sebastiennejewelry.com. Include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase, a photo of the damage, and briefly describe the issue that you are having with your jewelry. You will receive a repair quote or solution from us within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

Purchased from another retailers, piercer, or piercing shop

Please contact the retailer that you originally purchased the piece from. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate repair requests for items purchased from other retailers.
